Unicare Health has been busy in past months meeting our clientele and determining their service and equipment needs. On 30th October Unicare Health supported the WA Occupational Therapy Community by providing Silver Sponsorship for the Combined OT Conference and Breakfast held at the Crown Perth.
This conference was a special event for the Occupational Therapy community as it marked the conclusion of a full week of events promoting and highlighting the essential role of OT’s across all sectors of Health and Community Care.
The esteemed list of presenters and keynote speakers included the Hon. Helen Morton MLC, an Occupational Therapist herself, who highlighted the changing face of healthcare within WA and the critical role that the ever evolving profession of Occupational Therapy has in helping develop and nurture healthcare in the 21st century.
Unicare Health also held a product display showcasing some of the newest and most effective equipment items available to therapists. Staff Nathan Smith and Annette Terranova enjoyed the opportunity to share their knowledge and experience in assisting OT’s to find the best products in the Unicare range to meet their client’s needs.
