On December 1st 2015, Unicare Health hosted 54 clinicians from a diverse range of service providers for our Sunrise Medical Training clinic.
Attendees were introduced to the new Quickie QM710 Standup Power Chair, plus a range of other powered mobility from our Unicare Quickship range.
With a first for our clinics, we also were able to watch and interact with Amy Bjornson, Sunrise Medical Australasian Clinical Educator, as she worked with clients drawn from our community. We considered the benefits of the Jay range “off the shelf” seating and positioning products including Whitmyer head supports, Jay cushion range, Jay J3 backrests including the new J3PD backrest, and tested the limits of all of these with some challenging cases.
Attendee feedback was very positive, and the food wasn’t bad at all – so we will be running courses again this year. Stay tuned for more updates.
