Supporting ACSA, Unicare Health travelled to the picturesque city of Hobart to exhibit at the ACSA National Summit from the 6th-9th September.
Delegates from all over Australia came together with the goal of supporting each other through networking and education to develop strategies to provide quality services to older Australians in an increasingly complex and constantly evolving environment.
Meeting with such a diverse range of delegates gave Unicare staff Annette and Nathan the priceless opportunity to examine what the aged care sector is seeking in terms of equipment for the aged in Residential and Community aged care. It also highlighted what Proprietors, CEO’s, Board members, Managers, Facility staff and most importantly the Aged and Ageing are now viewing as priorities when choosing care options.

Of particular interest was the Linet Latera Thema turning bed which offers an arc of 30degrees lateral tilt, automatic seated positioning, Trendelenburg and auto regression functionality. These functions assist to minimise manual handling, optimise patient comfort and assist with pressure care management.
