Features
- Standards – Manufactured to the Australian Standard:
AS/ISO 10535:2002. - Size Indicators – The sling handles and lifting straps are colour coded as a quick size reference.
- Custom Slings – Everyone is unique and different. That is why we will customize any of our standard slings. Common requests include adding loops, straps and padding.
- A Material – Available in nylon or mesh.
- B Head Support – Provides additional support for patients with limited control.
- C Attachment Loops – Multiple coloured attachment loops attach to yoke/carry bar, enable size identification and allow for adjustments to optimize patient comfort & positioning.
- D Optional Keyhole Safety Clips – Allows for the use of a Pivot Frame. Provides excellent “sling to lifter” security.
- E Optional E Clip – Allows for the use of a Pivot Frame. Provides added “sling to lifter” security. Designed to fit all brands of hoist.
- F Label – Sling labels are made of embroidered permanent woven material guaranteeing sling identification which won’t fade in the washing process.
- G Sling Handles – Used to aid in manoeuvering the patient.
- H Optional “Stroke Arm” Holder – This option can be fitted to any Stand-Up sling and provides additional support to the arm affected by a stroke. Supports the arm while the patient is raised or lowered in the sling.
- I Optional Personalised Label – Used for identification purposes. Personalised labels ensure the sling is returned to the correct department or unit. e.g. ‘Intensive Care Unit’.
