WA Occupational Therapy Association – OT Week Breakfast 2020
Friday 30 October 2020
Pagoda Resort, Como
What a delightful morning it was at the OT Week Breakfast 2020!
Lots of smiley faces, happy chatter, and a celebration of deserving award recipients.
The annual OT Week Breakfast is the flagship event on the WA Occupational Therapy Association (WAOTA) calendar.
It is the event that Occupational Therapists in WA look forward to every year, to come together and celebrate the wonderful Occupational Therapy profession as a group.
This year’s theme was “Reconnect, with an emphasis on re-connecting with previous work colleagues or friends from university.
Unicare Health’s occupational therapist and clinical educator, Annette Terranova, did exactly that and enjoyed her time reconnecting with students she has had in the past, as well as other therapists she has worked with through the years.
The awards ceremony celebrated outstanding work by WAOTA members as clinicians, academics, researchers, and managers, who pushed the boundaries of Occupational Therapy to deliver exceptional support for people of all abilities.
Unicare Health is once again proud to be the platinum sponsor of WAOTA’s OT Week Breakfast.
Being the platinum sponsor of this annual breakfast event is our way of expressing our appreciation to the hundreds of Occupational Therapists who work tirelessly in partnership with us everyday – accessing, prescribing and improving equipment to best enhance quality of life.
We are proud to be WA’s trusted equipment partner to Occupational Therapists across the state and value our position in the industry as the conduit between Occupational Therapists and their clients – providing optimal equipment solutions for specific needs.
Our happiness at Unicare Health comes from watching therapists and their clients meet their rehabilitation and developmental goals through the equipment solutions that we provide.
Thank you
Unicare Health would like to thank WAOTA for having us as platinum sponsors again this year.
Pearl and Annette had a wonderful time at the breakfast and would like to take this opportunity to thank all our partnering Occupational Therapists and Occupational Therapy Organizations for the amazing work that you do and for all the incredible working relationships and friendships built over 35 golden years in this industry.
