“Unicare Health has great staff who are always supportive, well informed and well organised. As an occupational therapist, one of my roles is to find the right wheelchair for our residents. I love that Unicare Health allows us to trial wheelchairs in order to ascertain if the wheelchair is the right one for the individual. Unicare Health also has their own occupational therapist Annette, who can assist in making clinical judgments and who is a great resource for me. Unicare Health clearly cares about the individual and quality of life. This is is why Unicare Health is my go to for healthcare equipment. ” |

“I contacted Unicare Health with equipment advice for my mum and I felt so supported by Paula as she listened to me and provide reassurance of finding a solution to the problem, and ensured I had all the information by emailing me additional information. As I had quite a few challenges in mums care talking to Paula gave me new hope of helping mum. Paula then referred the situation to Nathan who made an on-site visit after hours and he was also wonderful, as he showed genuine concern for mum and her situation and suggested solutions no-one else had suggested. His knowledge and caring and the way he involved mum in the process also displayed such an outstanding level of service that was person-centred. I cant thank both Paula and Nathan enough, and they are both continuing to assist with the situation. Thanks you are both amazing and Unicare Health should be proud to have such great staff.” |
