My favourite Unicare Health product:

As I work in palliative care, timing is quintessential for the care of these patients. From an equipment perspective I have found Unicare Health’s Oxford Ascend standing hoist to be important in the short term recovery and care of these patients. The standing hoist is an essential item that allows individuals to continue to be able to stand, but through the assistance of the hoist. It offers dignity to the patient, as they are not encapsulated by a full sling, and secondly a level of autonomy and freedom as they maintain use of their upper limbs to a degree. Lastly, the responsiveness of Unicare Health is second to none, they always have these hoists available and I feel that I can rely on them when our stock inventory comes low.

My favourite Unicare Health product:

4 Wheeled walker with seat, this has allowed a lot of my clients the freedom to maintain independence with mobility and allowing them to take a rest as required. Clients love this item and I always get good reports.

Lightweight Wheelchair

My favourite Unicare Health product:

The breezy wheelchair as it is excellent quality, very adjustable, lightweight and affordable product to meet the needs of variety of clients with whom I represent in the aged care facility I work in.
