Unicare Health would like to congratulate Akolade Events for a job well done in hosting the NDIS Business Transformation Strategies Conference at Novotel Perth Langley over the past three days.
“Successfully transitioning to the NDIS and remaining financially sustainable in an era of uncertainty” was the topic of highlight, with over a dozen NDIS service providers going on stage to share their challenges and breakthroughs while transitioning under the new NDIS schemes.
Unicare Health shared an informative time at this conference, listening to industry leaders from different disability service provider groups share their experiences about getting ahead in the game to ensure a sustainable future.
Issues such as transportation cost, NDIS planning, rural barriers and an array of other challenges were discussed and debated during the conference as disability service providers struggle to maintain business viability through the NDIS transition process.
Solutions such as business mergers, understanding and managing risks, driving company authenticity and other best practices were also discussed and shared by speakers during the conference in a joint effort to maintain business viability and sustainability in this industry during a challenging NDIS transformation time.
It was an awesome to see dozens of industry leaders coming together for a good cause and Unicare Health is thankful to be able to support NDIS service providers and their participants in Australia through the NDIS.
